NWT custom made off the shoulder tulle baby doll dress is absolutely adorable and so pretty. It has ruffle detailing around the bust and sleeves as well as pleated detailing on the bust + waist. The fabric is a high quality soft tulle. There’s a satin skirt under many layers of tulle. Note: All custom measurements are listed below. You will need to have boning added to add bust support, as is there is no bust support. This is an off the shoulder dress, the sleeves will cover your bicep & lower arm.
