annick100 @quirkykay Hi, they have 3% spandex so they DO stretch some and I feel they are loose in general. I put measurements in and would guesstimate they stretch another inch or so. Hope that helps. They’re super cute-💚💗⭐️

annick100 @carly494 Oh, these aren’t swim shorts, but shorts- w/ ‘board -short look’ I could’ve explained them better. I’m unsure if fabric would be ideal for ocean- I could double check for you but I believe them to be more of a cotton or cotton blend. Hope that helps.
