I went and got it quick and measured laying flat in the bust area under arm to other is 20" across and that's not stretching it out at all so it would be 40" in the bust area/if that helps any.

Just FYI/I will share my stats /just to give you a clear picture of the size/and I really hope I'm not being to pushy as that's not my intention, but rather just help you/ I'm 5'5"/ 105lbs / 32-B/25-W/33.5-H. These are all inches of course. If that helps then I have done my job completely.

I like this coat and I'm still nervous that it will be too small for me because I'm a size 8. I ordered another coat in a small off of posh and I ended up having to give it to my daughter because it was too tight in the chest!

Pam did you measure a coat that fits you? Because remember I measured and it is 40 inches around and that is zipped up, and this coat has 2 sets of zippers/ you could always leave the very inside zipper just partial zipped/ but measure a coat that fits laying flat and double that and you should be able to get a pretty close idea if this one will fit.
