NWT-Zip up hooded jacket

This NWT rare jacket is amazing! It is filled with postcards and stamps of various countries. It also sports the Statue of Liberty throughout. It has 2 ties that read " City Hearts". One for the hood and one in the middle. It has 3 sections of sequins and 2 pockets on the front. So rich in colors!! Extremely well- made!
