@trueblood09 No it doesn’t come with a shoulder strap, nor does it have a place for one to be attached. It has double handles. The measurements of this bag are 11” x 16”. It will not zip with my 19” laptop in it. I measured the laptop compartment corner to corner. It is 17” So anything smaller would fit fine. I hope this helps😊
