NWTs Oleg Cassini mini dress

This black and white patterned mini dress is a size small. It has 3/4 sleeves and pockets on each side. It is machine washable. The label doesn’t say what fabric it is but feels like a poly blend. Has a silky soft feel. It was purchased in a little boutique, has never been worn and is NWTs. It’s striking on, definitely a head turner when you enter a room wearing it!
