NWT's Vintage Elisse Inc. from Dillards Midi Dress Women 7/8 Blue Chambray look

Beautiful Dress! I bought and then packed away (after a weight gain) 25 years ago. So it's been packed away all this time. Dropped waist. Buttons down to where the skirt connects. Rhinestone and Pearl stud decorations and Silver & Pearl look buttons Shoulder pads. Looks like light blue chambray fabric.I expect it needs to be Professionally Dry Cleaned because of all the decorations. Tag says 100% Cotton. Pit to pit un-stretched approximately 18 inches. there are reverse pleats so a little more room in the chest area - approximately 20 inches stretched out some. Length is approximately 50.5 inches. Package weighs 1.6 pounds. Would be great for a Halloween Costume, or other Costume party or a Western themed event.
