NWY Lucy and Co One Shoulder Floral Dress Top and Matching Skirt Size L

This is the cutest outfit! Top is pullover, elastic top and waist, ruffled one shoulder. Skirt is back zip and hook with solid waistband. Not much stretch on the waistband so see measurements. Each piece could certainly be worn with other pieces. Both are fully lined other than the ruffles on the top. Looks like a very expensive set. The top actually has a tag that says Toi et moi, but fabric is the same. Very Paris looking!! Would be so cute for homecoming dress-with the animal type print!!
