This is a super comfortable dress that is burgundy wine and black, checkered, three-quarter sleeves in a soft fabric, stretchy. It comes to the waist and then flares out and has a ruffled bottom which makes it super sexy and cute. I put it with the black belt but the belt is not included. When I purchased it, it had a skinny black patent leather belt. Perfect condition hardly ever worn. Great with black boots. Purchased at Nordstrom’s.
