NY & Co. Crinkle Button-up Blouse

This shirt has a crinkled fabric on purpose. It is hemmed so that it can be worn hanging out. Cream colored background with small black flowers on vines. Long sleeves with 1 button cuff. Collared. Darts in front and back so it fits in at waist and flares a bit at hips. To keep the crinkle look, wash and then twist shirt and tie in loose knot to dry.
