NY & Co Jean skirt

NYJeans skirt w/darker patch of blue near bottom of front/back. gold stitching, two regular front pockets & one within the right pocket. Two back pockets & belt loops. Fringes along the front/back & bottom of skirt. I'm 5'4 3/4", so skirt came to knees. Gently worn, good condition.
