this is a NY & Co. purse, black textured vinyl Very soft, Flap has a zipper detail with a weaved handle. It's missing the shoulder strap. in great used condition with one very small mark on the back one on the inside rim. interior has one zipper compartment and two open areas for glasses or keys. Magnetic snap closure. Measures:16" wide x 12" tall with a 7" strap drop. Thanks for looking!
