NY & Co Mixed material hoodie

New York & Company soho street hoodie. Top of blouse is hoodie material, but bottom with stripes is a lighter dress shirt material. Bottom is very lightweight! Top is black, printed bottom looks like a dark gray-ish stripe. EUC! See pics for measurements.
