NY Collection Black Maxi Dress

This is an off the shoulders lovely black dress designed by NY Collection. It has a really great strap design with a beautiful front. The sleeves are shear with a ribbon tie at the back of the neck. It is really nice dress and could be worn at a number of occasions. This is the perfect dress for vacation or that night out on the town.
