NY Collection Blue blouse with shells size 3x

This is a great top, casual but I’ve also worn it to work. The blue is kind of a denim color and has a kind of shimmer. It has pale yellow and white shells on it. The sleeves can be worn long or rolled up. Split neck with buttons part way down. Worn a few times but in excellent condition.
