Lightweight, romantic black spaghetti strapped tee shirt material maxi dress with an elastic waist to draw things in, topped with a flouncy chiffon cold shoulder draping across to give you lovely, 3/4 length sleeves. It's beachy and lightweight, but it's lovely enough to wear to a cocktail party. I love it a lot but have never worn it, I'm simply too short for the length of dresses like these! Sized Large, it is very, very stretchy, but intended to be worn a little loosely. It can stretch to a 50" bust, elastic up to 48" waist, 60" around the hips, the cold shoulders are 29" across the tops of the arms, the sleeves are 11" long from the top to the bottom of where they lay on the arm. The dress is 59" long from shoulder to hem (not accounting for the elastic waist cinching it up a bit), and there is a 22" split up the left side from the bottom. Perfect for summer!
