NY Collection Powder Blue Midi Dress NWT

This cutie is a powdery blue color and has a leather and metal braided belt attached. The belt is missing one of the tassels as shown in the pictures but it really doesn't take away from the look. It features 3/4 ruched sleeves, a scoop neck, stretchy soft material and a midi length. Perfect for the colder weather hopefully coming up.
