NY Collection Teal & Black Dress

A soft top dress with a sown-in leather like belt and black flowy skirt. The dress has a side zipper. The material is a little heavier, so it works nicely in cooler weather. Worn once for a meeting. Size just says Medium. I'm 5'2" and it hits at the knees when standing. Body: 98% Polyester and 2% Spandex. Combo: 77% Polyester, 20% Rayon, 3% Spandex.
