NY Collection Woman dress

NY Collection 3/4 sleeve dress. Dark navy color. V-neck. Very stretchy knit. Gathered at waist. Sleeves have small at the bottom both sides. There is no size tag, but have included measurements. Seems to be a 2X. Approximate: Armpit to armpit: 24.5” Sleeve length armpit to hem: 12” Waist: 20.5” across Length shoulder to hemline: 43”
