NY Collection Woman's Dress

This pretty blue floral print dress has colors for all seasons. Darts at the bust line help the rest of the dress fall smoothly. A tie at the waist helps to bring as much or as little shape as you want. The sleeves are layered toward the forearm for gentle opening. Dress is 42" long from top of shoulder to hem.
