NY Collection blouse Petite

Soft blue blouse with spandex materials, size Petite Small. Blouse has three 3/4 splits on each arm and ties at the bottom (see photo)and has silver buttons which compliments the slits on the arms allowing for a nice airy breeze. Brand new, purchased from Macy's for myself and forgot about it in my closet; I can no longer fit it. Tags are attached. I used the stock photo to show the fit for demonstrating wear; my blouse is a softer blue (see photos).
