NY Collection Hi-low skirt- Size L. This skirt is a gauzey material and it is lined for the majority of the skirt although the skirt is not fully lined. The colors are a light blue and teal/turquoise. The skirt does not have the belt that it had based on the loops on the side of the skirt. The skirt is an elastic waist band, but also has a side zipper if needed in order to put on. Picture shows small hole in back of skirt where tag was hung. It is minor and not noticeable when wearing skirt Comes from a pet friendly and non-smoking home.
