Royal blue maxi dress by New York and Company. Worn once. Attached matching fabric tie belt. Extremely long! I'm 5' 7" and need to wea a 3" heel to keep it from dragging on the ground. Elbow lenght sleeves wiht a mix of polyester and spandex for extra stretch. V neck. Size M. No holes or stains! Comes fropm smoke free, pet free home.
