NY Giants pajama bottoms youth maybe size medium?

Size tag has been removed. Length can be for someone 5’3” or 5’4”. Elastic waist. Feels like a light flannel but probably polyester. Has a little wear in the knee but slight thinning. Used pajama pants but still life left.
