NY and Co Off Shoulder Tie Waist Dress

I wore this one time. It can be worn off the shoulder. The top layer is sheer, but there is a liner that goes all the way through. The arms are 3/4 length and sheer. It hits a little above the knee (I’m 5’4”). Size small.
