NY and Co fun, patterned blouse

A flytter sleeve, simply cut blouse with a longer waist line and small turtleneck top. Can easily be worn tucked in or worn out. Would be nice under a black suit or with slacks. Very comfortable. Worn once, in new condition. Does not wrinkle or require ironing it seems.
