NY&C black trousers

These are New York and company 7th avenue design studio black trousers. Size XL. There is a little thread coming out in one of the belt loops as pictured. The have a flat front button closure but the side and back have a kind of ruffled elastic top hope you can see in picture. Let me know if questions.
