NYC boutique floor length summer dress in neon multi colors with short slip

Mystique brand dress with elastic waistband that is so flattering in the summer with a tan. Has super vibrant neon colors (the photos don’t really show that) the sheer fabric is floor length (looks cute tied at the bottom too if it ends up too long for you) and the slip underneath is short to above the knee. I wore this a couple of times and always got compliments. There are two small snags that I have pictured but since the fabric is such a loud pattern they aren’t noticeable unless searching for them. This would also work with a bump!
