NYC dress. Super unique.

I love this dress almost don't wanna get rid of it but change it goods. lol. anyways. it ruches up on the sides so it can be worn long or short. and it's flattering on all body types which is awesome if your one who fluctuates I'm weight like me. I even wore this when o was pregnant and it was cute.
