pharmgirlshoper @jpedenrock Ok, we must not be communicating or this is a really small "small". The chest measurement on a small dress is usually 16-17. A 12 is more like a xxs or a child dress. Thanks for the information. If you could provide a photo of the where you are measuring with the tape measurement on it that would greatly help. Thanks again.
