NY&Co. Puff Sleeved Striped Blouse

NWT - Beautiful puff-sleeved, striped blouse with sleeves that hit just below the elbow, collared; slight v-neck; color is black with stripes that are purples/greens/yellows/oranges. This didn't work for me because I have a long torso, so would be best for someone with a shorter torso. Cotton, polyester, and spandex.
