NY&Co leather accent sheath dress XS

New with tags NY&Co black leather accent sheath dress in XS. Slit in the front for extra style and mobility. Please note there are loops for a belt but I didn’t purchase it with one. “Leather” accent is a bit wrinkled from packing when moving but should easily come out when laundered!
