these are close to what I'm after but I wish there was side pockets:( what's the waist side to side and how stretchy are they please?

@sparklenshine4u hi, sorry, I'm really VERY INTERESTED but I am in debt, my car is in the driveway broke down and I cannot afford these unless you sell them for like half this; also I usually just need 18" across so I'm worried these are too big and also will be too thick and hot to wear, are they that heavy? is there a drawstring? will you sell for $12?
