tiaracaron does it change colors from blue to green as you move or is certain sections green and others blue?

abouysou @tiaracaron It's sequins, so depending on which way they are, they are either blue or green. It also does appear different colors in this picture but it's just shimmery and it's all one color but light picks up the other color.

tiaracaron @abouysou I am looking for a tinkerbell dress for Halloween and thought this might work really well. Is it stretchy and comfortable? I am a 36C and a 26 inch waist, what size does this fit?
