ronnica43 how about you buy the coat and if u don't like it I'll give you a refund within 5 days of your receiving it. It has belt loops but no belt. I'll check in her other clothes and see if I can find it. And the correct measurement top to bottom is 51" not 60". sorry!

beachy107 @ronnica43 You are so nice to offer that, but to save us both from going thru that... Did you get a chance to measure hips.. i dont want but to be too big.. and a 16w (w means wide) may be.
