In good condition. There is a tear on the back shoulder seam. Hardly noticeable while wearing, see picture. I wore it one time to a wedding. It has zero alterations. It definitely runs small. I am a true size 4, size 26/27 jean, a 32D, 5'8", and this thing was tight on me so I would definitely say this is a better fit for someone who is a size 2.
