liasboutiquees @maaaddy11 i'm surprised they got back to you I emailed them three days ago and they still haven't responded, usually posh Mark is really good with this stuff but I mean why would anyone sell new make up because usually you can just return it. Thanks for being so sweet about this! If I quick release payment does that mean you get a refund and also keep it? Because I'm good with that

liasboutiquees Or how damaged is it? I don't really have much money right now so I am kind of desperate to sell- do you think I can use alcohol to put the shadows back in and make it intact??

maaaddy11 @juliameyersss15 I tried to do that and when it dried the shadows just crumbled again! And cause it's cardboard the parts where the shadows aren't the alcohol got under so it looks like the pallete is wet when it's not
