@4bests hi. No buttons. Where I’m holding it in the second photo, the fabric twists and that’s what holds it together. It requires some sort of cami or tank top underneath as it is mostly open. It isn’t cold shoulder either. It’s a semi sheer fabric solid sleeve. Hope that helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.
