This striking vintage cardigan has a blue, red and white stripes and panels around the bottom. Blue belt tie and loops. No size tag: 25" long, 38" chest, about 40" at hips Sleeves measures 14.5" under arm -- the cuffs were tucked up and shortened about 3.5". (see last pic) I think you could remove the stitching and restore it to 18" length. "100% Virgin Acrylic". Hand wash warm, dry flat
