@nataliewins I apologize for the delay. Waist is 15”. It opens up to 20” below the waist if used buttoned-up. Fabric: 3% elastane, 1%rayon, 100% acetate (lining), lining 2 is 51 polyester and 49 rayon.

Chest is 16-17” across. Overall is true to size and is a size 2. I’m 5’4”. Then I was probably 124lbs or so with small chest (34a-B).
