Nanette Lepore Blue Pencil Skirt Size 0 Asymetrical ruffles on one side giving it an edge... perfect for work or dressed down to be cute! In very good condition - I see no stains just needs a little iron I had it folded. Zipper in back with eye hook closure on top. I actually may have had it wrong. And the zipper may even belong on the side moving the ruffle to more of a middle area which is even cuter. Measurements taken laying flat: 12 1/2" across very top 17 1/2" at the hip 17" right above the ruffle 22" length total
