Darling Nanette Lepore Circle Skirt. Navy w/ chevron ribbon design sewn in along the top and bottom edge. Size 6, although I did cut the size tag off, probably because it was scratching me. Waist: 15.5” Length: 23.5”. In excellent used condition, worn 2x to work.
