They are bracket length. 3 charming black buttons close the front of jacket. Hot pink silk taffeta lines the jacket. The skirt also has the ribbon on the top of it, but it is 1 to 3"s down, and comes to a cute criss cross. The ribbon covers the bottom and the 6" slit in back. Invisible zipper in the back. Lined in black.
