Gorgeous and light empire waist sun dress great for weddings or summer shopping and dining on the town. Navy blue pattern on white. Flutter sleeves, snug around the chest (I'm selling because I'm a 36A and this would work better for a 32/34 B, etc. Approximate measurements in the photos.
