@harriscorrel Hello Harris. I just measured the skirt. The waist is 30.5 and the length is 23.5. This skirt is so special. The watermelon 'seeds', I purchased when I was a teen...fabric shopping with my Mom (circa 1982 :) The dress (now a skirt) was made by me and a wonderful NYC designer for a presentation to the buyers at Henry Bendel in Manhattan. Here is a special feature about my love of sewing from the late great Bill Cunningham of the NY Times. I hope the measurements work for you.
