Nannette 3 tiered black skirt

This skirt has only been worn a couple times and is almost as good as new! I love it, it’s just too big on my waist and would always fall down. The material is thick and it has a lining. It’s a very good skirt, and I’m sad it doesn’t fit. If you have any questions about it let me know, I’ll be happy to answer!
