Nannette dress with Whale, 3T

This dress has a playful whale and Ric Rac (zig zag trim) embellishments! I paired it with the red polka dot bloomers (they are labeled 12M, but I believe they are plenty big to fit a 3T (especially if not wearing a diaper!) 😊. Please feel free to ask questions!
