Narciso Rodriguez pencil skirt

Elegant silk cotton pencil skirt, zips from the top and bottom in the back. Black piping around top and down sides. I took it in so one side seam is obviously sewn to make it smaller, it’s now about a size 4. Measurements from front side to side…waist, 13”. Hip, 17 1/2”. Length,21 1/8”
