jchapp2006 @lovethis_3 No, not a highlighter, at all. I think the Blush stick actually has quite a few benefits typical blush does not. First of all, its absorbed into your skin, whereas blush just stays right on tbe surface (making it easy to dust right off). Also, the stick shaped applicator is far more precise than a brush. Self explanatory on the last statement....just more control.
