sophiamiles @melawar it would fit max a 34C and below that it would be fine. The waist is loose because it flares out right under the chest, so as long as you're below a 34 in the chest, it'll be fine. And as for length, it hits a couple inches above mid thigh on me and I'm 5'8". I just uploaded a pic to show you!
